Fruitful baby porridge

This is my go to breakfast porridge for LB (my 10 month old). It’s so quick and easy.

I put into a pot 1 heaped teaspoon of millet cereal, 2 heaped teaspoons ground almond meal with 1/4 cup organic coconut milk on a low heat, stirring continuously and adding more milk as needed to get a nice velvety consistency.

I always have a pot of fruit in the fridge ready to go for his porridge. I top his porridge with about 1 tablespoon of the fruit. Yum.

To make enough fruit for three days plus snacks I use (from the freezer)

1/4 cup Oobi mango pieces

1/4 cup Oobi blueberries

1/4 cup Oobi raspberries

Slowly heat the combined fruit in a pot with 1/4 cup water. Once soft, blitz and refrigerate.
